SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in Asia. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
When will I get my tracking number?
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 2-5 business days.
If you have not received your tracking number please email our customer service representatives at firstname.lastname@example.org, expect a response within 24 hours.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. After that, it will take 8 - 13 business days for delivery in the United States, and 10 - 15 business days for international orders (depending on location).
For single products with a value over $50 we have set the delivery times to be a maximum of 7 business days + processing time. (US,UK ONLY)
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
